We worked with Lana Dardano from June through October 2007 to locate & purchase out first home. We think she did a very good job as our buyer's agent. She was patient & thorough always ready to send us new listings, show us houses we found interesting . She answered our many questions about the home-buying process. She seems to know Stapleton better than almost any other realtor. Most importantly, we felt she truly had our best interests at heart, & was not interested only in closing a deal. We consider her a friend, and would work with her again.
While working with Lana, we also had a chance to interact with Eric Carr, a newer realtor in Lana's office who assisted Lana from time to time. We think Eric did a good job as well. On particular, Eric drew on his background as a former builder representative to offer extremely helpful comments on build quality and other construction issues during showings. Like Lana, Eric was very patient as we worked our way through lots and lots of potential homes. We gladly would work with him again.

My wife and I lived in Stapleton for about 18 months when we decided to upgrade to a new house, also in Stapleton. I met Lana to discuss selling our home and purchasing the new home we had found. Being a neophyte I know nothing about the process of selling and thought I had fairly good knowledge of buying. Boy did Lana open my eyes to the intricacies of both markets. She made the process of selling our home & getting the most from out new builder seamless. Within two weeks of listing we had a offer on our home and closed two weeks afterward. She walked us through the closing on our new home and attended to every detail. Lana also recommended an excellent moving company and helped us find a temporary residence in Stapleton until our new home was completed. Due to job commitments in North Carolina, we purchased our house in advance of our arrival to the Denver area. Ms. Dardano spent numerous hours on our behalf in coordinating an incredibly smooth and uncomplicated closing by mail. I have been meaning to write and thank you for your assistance in helping me buy my Newton Street home in 1989 and then help me sell it in 1998. Your professional approach and personal polish really set a high level of expectation for real estate agents in my mind. And when Lynda and I engaged a different buying agent I soon became full of regrets for not insisting to Lynda that you be our agent.
You were especially gracious and considerate of all parties when you advised me of my options for dealing with this new agent. We stayed with her. I worried and sought your advise even though you were not part of this home purchase. It seemed too "iffy" too often and if I had to do it over, I would chose you as both a selling and buying agent. It started on a cold day back in January 2001. My wife and I were contemplating on continuing to rent our property in Denver. We hadn't seen the inside of it since we moved to Dallas in April of 1998, but we knew that we did not make a good choice in tenants. One of my best friends told us how bad of shape it was in. We realized that it was impossible for us to manage the property from Dallas, and decided to contact you. At first we could not decide whether to have you manage the property of if we should sell. After a number of phone conversations with you, my wife and I came to the conclusion that we should sell.
Lana, you are the utmost professional, and never once hesitated when we asked you to do something. Whether you agreed with us or not, you did exactly as we asked you to do! Even when you knew how bad of shape the condo was in and how long it would take to sell without being repaired. It took us a little bit longer to realize that we could fix it up, raise our asking price, and sell it that much faster. When a water leak ruined the woman's ceiling down below us, you were right there! When we could not get a hold of the man renting the garage, you were right there! When we decided to have the repairs done, you hand well-qualified contractors lined up to do the work correctly & efficiently!

Lana's is the best! What more can a client say? I looked north, I looked south, west & east she simply said "Park Hill". She was right!
